Senior Project Engineer Subsea Installation & Offshore Construction

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Engineer youll be at the forefront of challenging and exciting offshore projects. This is a hands-on role where youll take ownership of end-to-end project execution from planning to offshore execution and delivery. Your expertise will play a critical part in ensuring successful outcomes across Subsea SURF (Subsea Umbilicals Risers and Flowlines) EPCI (Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation) or IRM (Inspection Repair and Maintenance) scopes.

What Youll Do:

Develop review and implement detailed project engineering procedures and work scopes.
Collaborate across departments breaking silos to ensure smooth project delivery.
Lead installation and offshore operations with occasional offshore visits to lead and monitor activities and scopes of work.
Provide technical insight by providing innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
Wear multiple hats and contribute to the organizations growth beyond just project engineering.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 4 years in subsea SURF EPCI or IRM project engineering. Offshore installation experience is essential. OR Installation Engineer
Skills: Strong background in developing and executing engineering procedures. Hands-on approach with a knack for problem-solving in dynamic environments.
Mindset: Adaptable proactive and collaborative team player. Comfortable working across disciplines and stepping outside your comfort zone.
Availability: Open to occasional offshore travel (not extensive) to oversee scopes of work.
