At our location in Stockach the gateway to Lake Constance we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of new product development and lifecycle where you will lead cross-functional initiatives
- Drive product development from concept to launch support portfolio optimization and coordinate evaluations
Drive scope timing budget and quality with a strong hands on mindset
Lead and inspire cross functional teams across engineering product and business
Proactively manage risks changes and priorities in a fast-moving environment
Communicate progress clearly and keep everyone aligned and motivated
Your Profile
A degree in engineering industrial engineering or a compareable field
At least 5 years experience in leading projects and IPMA Level C or similar
At least 5 years and projects and IPMA Level C or similar experience leading development projects in dynamic environments
Confidence using modern project management approaches (agile hybrid or classic)
A structured solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong communication skills and natural leadership energy
