Your Responsibilities
Define and align project scope and objectives with the Project Sponsor
Plan and control timelines budgets resources and project organization
Establish project structures roles and responsibilities
Lead and motivate the project team to ensure effective collaboration
Monitor progress and prepare regular project reports
Analyze engage and manage the expectations of relevant stakeholders
Ensure successful project completion and knowledge transfer
Identify and assess project risks
Willingness to travel as requiredfor project activities
Your Profile
Several years of experience in project management ideally in complex operational environment
Project management certification (e.g. PMP IPMA) is an advantage
Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools
Proven leadership and team management skills
Structured results-oriented and proactive working style
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
