The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Team:

The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team within Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a highly analytical business-minded passionate program leader to join our team. The S&T team utilizes the RTX Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE) methodology to maximize cost reduction quality improvement and enhance customer experience while achieving compliance. This role requires working with RTX corporate organization and business unit leaders to shape enterprise strategies drive cross-functional initiatives and execute plans that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced high visibility environment be well organized and agile solving hard problems with out-of-the-box solutions.

The Associate Director position will actively engage key ES service areas including Business Solutions Cybersecurity Digital Technology and Real Estate in support of the RTX transformation addition to transformation you will also support other key strategic initiatives for ES and the S&T organization including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). The role regularly interacts with RTX senior leaders at the corporate and business unit levels keeping them updated on strategic initiatives and other related activities. Building strong relationships across all business units and functions in organizations that participate in strategic initiatives is critical success.

What you will do

• Lead strategic analysis that informs ES priorities investment decisions and long-term strategies.
• Partner to frame complex problems develop data-based recommendations and lead execution.
• Build executive-ready materials that distill insights and drive alignment.
• Manage and be accountable for cross-functional execution teams ensuring clarity alignment and disciplined execution.
• Identify optimization opportunities that accelerate ES service adoption and expansion to accelerate RTX value.
• Lead transformation life cycle for service optimization service expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively evaluate program activities build contingency plans and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks including scope and budget variances.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and strategic initiatives driving efficiency execution speed and increased value realization across the enterprise.
• Manage quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms in place to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives.
• Adheres to CORE and project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use of existing tools capturing best practices and identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree 16 years of relevant experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the companys immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Information Technology or related discipline.
• Project and Program Management experience.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in strategy consulting corporate strategy or transformation roles.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Prior work experience in Transformation solutions including change management strategies
• Masters degree or equivalent graduate education
• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent the organization to key stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple competing initiatives
• Understanding of financial principles and budgeting.

• ONSITE: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

• Onsite candidates will be located in Farmington CT or Andover MA. This position does NOT offer relocation assistance.

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD - 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
