Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Engineering Management Industrial Engineering Construction Management Civil Engineering or a closely related field. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in project management and leadership in engineering or construction environments. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional). Prior university-level teaching experience. Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera). Industry experience in engineering or construction project leadership roles. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
