What You Will Do:
- Run pre-set confirmed in-home appointments
- Follow and execute our proven sales system
- Deliver professional in-home presentations
- Close high-ticket deals and get paid immediately
- Maintain evening and weekend availability as needed
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
Commission & Earning Example:
- 2.5 appointments/day
- 35% close rate
- Average ticket: $19000
Estimated earnings:
- $25600 per month in commission
- With bonuses: $27000$29000/month
- Top closers: $350000/year
Bonuses:
- $2000 Monthly Top Performer Bonus
Requirements:
- Previous in-home sales closing experience (required)
- Comfortable with high-ticket sales and objection handling
- Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
- Evening/weekend availability
- Strong communication presentation and closing skills
- Coachable competitive and performance-driven
