DescriptionThis position comprehensively identifies documents and demonstrates the optimal user experience through design activities and deliverables which are aligned with business requirements and solution scope. This position works with a variety of software development teams. This person possesses well-defined leadership abilities and provides leadership and strategy on discipline trends. This position crosses disciplines and business domains. The user experience designer is an active collaborator with business and functional analysts.

Responsibilities- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge and application of the Human Interface Guidelines (HIG - iOS) and Material Design (Android) as a core competency.
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge and application of design principles in the following additional competencies and expert in at least two: Information Architecture Interaction Design Visual Design Prototype Engineering
- Plans and conducts assignments generally involving larger and more important projects or more than one project
- Evaluates progress and results and recommends major changes in products
- Operates independently with minimal supervision
- Encourages a culture of user-centered design and knowledge sharing
- Excels in discipline knowledge and competencies and stays abreast of industry trends
- Leads communication visually through drawings diagrams wireframes prototypes flow charts etc.
- Leads in user-testing and validation to ensure that the user experience of the end-product meets the original intent and is of the highest possible quality
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- 4 years relevant professional experience on native mobile (iOS/Android) applications
- Cross-platform enterprise-level experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge in applicable technical software systems and functions
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experience in working with agile teams
- Experience in UX disciplines in an agile team environment
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment
