In this role you will be working as a Construction Project Manager for a client in the MEP/commercial and larger building industry. This position is responsible for overseeing deadlines and schedules for large construction projects.
This is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed on-site.
The pay on this position is between $35.00 and $45.00 an hour
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a project manager in a construction environment
- General construction experience required
- Architectural background preferred
- Knowledge of blue prints and construction documents
- Ability to run a project from concept through completion
- Ability to read CAD drawings
- Help manage department productivity
- Help create department processes
- Help estimate budgets
- Prepare proposals
- Track project costs
