Were looking for an experienced Sales Manager to partner with our General Sales Manager in leading both new and pre-owned operations. This role is all about driving performance developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What Were Looking For
A motivated hands-on leader who:
Has 2 years of automotive sales management experience
Excels at coaching motivating and developing teams
Has a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Understands internet sales CRM systems SEO/SEM and showroom operations
Leads with integrity accountability teamwork and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities
Train and lead a high-performing sales team
Build and execute strategies for new and used sales
Drive showroom and online traffic through CRM and marketing initiatives
Oversee pricing promotions and advertising
Ensure a smooth customer-focused buying and delivery process
Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
