Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will partner with world class engineerings and leaders to implement product strategies develop program schedules and milestones define technology roadmaps and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Leading development teams in a new product development environment
- Ensure project performance and execution
- Managing customer relationships
- Schedule and milestone development/management
- Understand technology employed on various programs
- Develop program/project cost estimates
- Baseline development
- Program/project metric development and reporting
- Variance analysis
- Risk and opportunity development and management
- Manage supplier relationships
- Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required < 10%
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 4 years in project engineering or systems engineering
- Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment

- Ability to create specific action plans
- 2 years experience using Microsoft Office (Word Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Experience enhancing customer relationships
- Program management skills
- Ability to effectively manage risks and opportunities
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Experience with RCCA activities
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision who consistently take the initiative to get things done do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Demonstrated Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency
