We are looking for you to join our engineering department as a Senior Engineering Manager (m/f/d) with 40 hours per week permanent position at our location in Karlsruhe.
Your mission
- you provide leadership to owners engineering team optimize supervision efforts at different locations including involvement of site and home office support
- you are responsible to ensure a plant design in compliance with the relevant EHS and ESG requirements
- you are responsible to control and ensure project engineering progress
- you support the authority / permit engineering activities
- you are supporting the Project Manager in change order handling/claims
- you coordinate the completion of technical documentation technical queries and ensure adequate resolution of these and assembly of final documentation
Your profile
- you have a substantial experience in engineering within chemical and energy related sectors
- you have a demonstrated experience in managing and developing engineering teams / individuals
- you have a solid understanding of project engineering workflows (from concept to execution and handover) in all engineering disciplines
- you have good communication skills and English language skills
- you have a high cross-cultural competence and ability to work in international teams
