The Associate Director for Solution Delivery will play a pivotal role in partnering with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners. This position is responsible for demand analysis solution proposal/evaluation and overseeing the delivery of projects that align with business sub-capability needs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design deployment and delivery of medium to large complexity projects ensuring IT solutions align with business requirements.
Engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans: Establish clear timelines milestones and deliverables updating plans as needed to reflect changes in scope or priorities.
Facilitate effective communication across project teams: Ensure timely and transparent information sharing among all stakeholders including sponsors team members and external partners.

Essential Requirements:

A minimum as 5 years experience in Project Management.
Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels.
Strong communication skills with a history of customer-facing roles.
Exposure to industry/business processes and fluent English
