The Associate Director for Solution Delivery will play a pivotal role in partnering with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners. This position is responsible for demand analysis solution proposal/evaluation and overseeing the delivery of projects that align with business sub-capability needs.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design deployment and delivery of medium to large complexity projects ensuring IT solutions align with business requirements.

  • Engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee project financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans: Establish clear timelines milestones and deliverables updating plans as needed to reflect changes in scope or priorities.

  • Facilitate effective communication across project teams: Ensure timely and transparent information sharing among all stakeholders including sponsors team members and external partners.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum as 5 years experience in Project Management.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels.

  • Strong communication skills with a history of customer-facing roles.

  • Exposure to industry/business processes and fluent English
