As a P&C Data Management Associate you will be responsible for managing SAP employee data according to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will be done through SAP software such as SuccessFactors. The efficiency and quality of our work is critical because all processes stakeholders and decisions depend on the data we manage throughout the entire employee journey. The beauty of being a part of a global team is that you will also have various opportunities for career growth and to initiate or participate in projects focused on processes digital innovation/transformation and global branding.

What youll build

• Generate employment contracts for candidates and create employee profiles for new hires in SuccessFactors(HCM).
• Transfer data of employees who are moving to different teams/locations.
• Manage employee personal data changes such as marital status bank details etc. inNorth America location.
• Update employment/career changes including but not limited to promotions compensation changes and terminations.
• Process payment requests for employees from other functions.
• Develop a deep understanding of P&C processes to serve as an advisor to customers while providing an excellent service experience.
• Perform quality checks on maintained data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Take advantage of opportunities for teams innovative projects that help drive SAPs technology while improving our data management processes.
• Collaborate within a huge network of SAPs P&C teams.
