Job Summary

Job Title: Lead Specialist CX Ingredients Perfumery & Beauty (1 year part-time contract)

Join our team and become an integral part of our Customer Experience department where youll provide essential support and gradually take on greater responsibilities.
With a focus on order management logistics and supply chain activities youll collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process
  • Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
  • Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders
  • Provide regular reports information to stakeholders
  • Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary
  • Manage daily escalations & issues
  • Open follow up customers non-conformities

You bring

  • Graduated in Business studies Supply Chain or Economics.
  • 2-5 years customer care related experience
  • You have an Advanced level of English. French is nice to have.
  • Absolute customer focus
  • Pro-active positive attitude responsible and willing to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications SAP knowledge is a plus.
