Are you a Speech Language Pathologist whos passionate about giving older adults the power to communicate connect and thrive At Symbria were hiring a full-time SLP at University Place and this isnt just a job. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and implement creative personalized treatment plans

• Help patients achieve meaningful progress in speech cognition and swallowing

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care

• Educate patients and families while advocating for their goals

• Maintain productivity and complete documentation all while keeping outcomes front and center

• Degree from an accredited SLP program

• Valid (or pending) state license in Indiana

• Experience in acute long-term or rehab settings is helpful but your passion and purpose matter most
