The Community-Based Patient Navigator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers in Atlanta providing education guidance and support in-person or virtually. This role will help patients overcome barriers to care and connect them with resources and services to improve their cancer journey.

This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager Patient Navigation and support ZEROs mission to improve and save lives from prostate cancer through advocacy education awareness and support.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the Atlanta metro area. The position requires approximately 70% local travel within the city to visit patients and meet with healthcare partners (travel may vary based on program and community needs). Occasional national travel may also be required.
