Job Summary

Your Tasks

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst Intern to join Beiersdorf Italys Marketing Department in Milan.

The intern will support the Data intelligence team of our Skin-care brands NIVEA NIVEA MEN and Labello on the following activities:

Assist in the collection processing and analysis of sales and market data across Southern European countries.
Support the development and maintenance of business performance dashboards and KPI trackers.
Contribute to pricing promotions and forecasting analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Support the preparation of business reviews and presentations highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Conduct competitor and market performance analysis using internal and external data sources (e.g. Nielsen).
Continuously explore process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance data reporting efficiency.
Participate in the preparation of business cases and opportunity assessments for new product launches and market initiatives.
Help monitor promotional effectiveness and ROI across brands channels and markets.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and proper documentation within internal databases and reports.

Your Profile

Degree in Economics Marketing Management Engineering or related fields.
Languages: fluent Italian and English.
Passion for insights trends and skincare industry
Analytical skills ability to work with Microsoft package especially Excel and data analysis tools.
Good problem-solving skills and teamworking attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experiences in Data Analysis field would be a plus (preferably from consultancy large companies).
Previous experience in Cosmetic field would be a plus.
