• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

• 35 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (Cloud or on-premises).

• Experience with Jira configuration customization and workflows.

• Familiarity with Jira REST APIs Jira Automation and scripting (Groovy or similar) is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP) and DevOps practices are desirable.

• Exposure to version control systems such as Git is a plus.

• Agile & DevOps Practices: Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Reporting & Analytics: Strong skills with JQL custom reports dashboards and metrics for management visibility.

• Testing & Documentation: Ability to perform system testing document configurations and share best practices

Certification Preferred:

• Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator

• Atlassian Certified Jira Administration (Cloud or Data Center)

• Agile or DevOps-related certifications
