When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will develop and enhance user-facing features in a collaborative environment. As a Senior Associate you will utilize your programming knowledge to solve complex challenges while mentoring others and navigating evolving project requirements. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow your technical skills and contribute to cutting-edge software solutions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology
- Skilled in COBOL programming and mainframe systems
- Converting COBOL code to modern languages
- Knowledgeable in legacy database technologies
- Understanding of cloud-first technology stacks
- Analyzing code with automated conversion utilities
- Documenting technical specifications effectively
- Excelling in communication and collaboration skills
- Travel to client locations may be required
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Years of Experience: Candidates with 4-8 years of hands-on experience
