Are you a passionate Physical Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact across all ages Rehab Resources is excited to offer a unique outpatient opportunity where you can support pediatric patients in our Brookfield outpatient clinic and adult clients within assisted living and senior communities throughout the Milwaukee area.
This role offers the best of both worlds: you dont have to choose between pediatric or adult therapy. Youll work with children achieving developmental milestones in a clinic-based pediatric setting while also helping adults regain strength mobility and independence in their homes and community-based adult care settings. Physical Therapist Responsibilities (Pediatric & Adult)
Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations for children and adults assessing strength mobility coordination and functional independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve movement strength and overall functional outcomes
Address developmental injury-related or age-related challenges including balance walking running posture and flexibility
Provide hands-on therapy to enhance gross motor function reduce injury risk and improve daily performance
Collaborate with families caregivers teachers and healthcare professionals to create comprehensive patient-centered therapy plans

Participate in team meetings for pediatric patients (B-3 or school-based) and adult clients (multidisciplinary rehab teams)

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
