Job Summary
TheField Nurse Supervisor (RN)oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of our home care field team. This role includes supervising nurses and caregivers performing in-home assessments developing care plans and ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance. Youll also serve as a key clinical liaison between clients families and our care coordination team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and ensure accurate up-to-date care plans.
Supervise fieldhome health aides to ensure delivery of quality care.
Provide clinical training coaching and performance feedback for field staff.
Perform home visits to monitor patient care and resolve clinical concerns.
Ensure compliance with state and federal home care regulations.
Participate in the on-call nurse rotation for clinical support.
Qualifications
Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) Licenserequired.
1 years of nursing experience(home care home health or supervisory experience preferred).
Excellent communication leadership and time management skills.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Compassionate approach to patient and family care.
