The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager Global Business Services to join our team of talented professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth learning and career development within our organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of advisory engagements related to Global Business Services and Finance Transformation provided to our clients
• Services include but are not limited to:
  • Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Center of Excellence (CoE) implementation from creation of a legal entity to running operations
  • Finance Organizational Redesign
  • Finance processes review optimization or reengineering ensuring business continuity and efficiency
  • Digitalization of Finance Functions
• Work with clients on end-to-end projects through planning execution and findings & recommendation
• Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks
• Keep updated with regulatory updates industry developments practices and technology developments relevant for GBS Functions across sectors
• Coach and help people grow by sharing knowledge and previous experiences offering guidance and support to attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies

Skills and attributes for success

University degree in accounting finance management or similar

Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or in finance function (e.g. SSC management and project management finance transformation change management etc.)

Strong experience in Process redesign & GBS environment

Excellent Project Management skills

Interest in IFRS Controlling and Budgeting.

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Proactive flexible and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

Good command of English. Another language is a plus (French preferred).

ACCA/ CIMA/ Other professional certification is a plus
