In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwCs values and contribute to its success.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the business requirements and goals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to forecast talent requirements and create ready to hire talent pipeline.
- Optimize sourcing strategies using a mix of digital tools head hunting referrals and vendor partnerships.
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with vendors.
- Lead and mentor team members to drive the overall recruitment.
- Manage and set team performance goals metrics timelines and a formal tracking process to measure progress.
- Support teamwork and expand beyond sole recruiting into the larger Talent Acquisition strategies by setting up direction for the recruitment team.
- Leverage Technology and Analytics to improve ROI and drive efficiencies.
- Strengthen the employer brand through various social media strategies and invest in providing best in class experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualification
- Post Graduate or MBA with minimum of 18 years of TA experience in IT/ITES industry.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute a recruitment strategy keeping in mind a strong bar for candidate experience diversity sourcing and interview processes.
- Ability to drive and motivate a large team.
- Target-driven detail-oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
- Ability to move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
- Team handling More than 25 30 Members.
