An excellent opportunity has arisen for an appropriately qualified self-motivated and highly organised individual who is hungry to tackle the role of Finance Manager Business Accounting.
Your impact in the role:
You will report directly to the Head of Finance Business Accounting and lead a close knit motivated and highly performing and engaged team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a high-performing finance team and partner across Development Property Services Customer Service and Corporate Services to deliver Business Accounting and support business success.
Statutory accounts: Support on preparation of statutory accounts for subsidiaries and joint ventures ensuring accuracy regulatory compliance and effective coordination with external auditors.
Audit: Prepare review and finalise audit schedules reconciliations and supporting documentation are complete accurate and audit ready
Internal control: Maintain a robust internal control environment identifying and addressing process and compliance gaps.
Team Leadership & Systems Improvement: Develop finance colleagues professionally foster a high-performing team culture and drive improvements in systems workflows and stakeholder communication.
