Workplace Arrangements:

This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Johnstown Ontario Distribution Centre 2-3 days / week. They will spend 30-40% of their time travelling to stores in QC and ON.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and support OHS needs.

• Coordinate incident management including return-to-work plans injury reporting and root cause analysis to minimize risks.

• Conduct audits and inspections to assess OHS compliance identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

• Deliver safety training programs partnering with leadership and HR to integrate them into employee development.

• Implement and improve OHS programs while analyzing audit findings to enhance safety initiatives.

• Maintain and analyze OHS data using insights to drive decision-making and improve compliance.

• Support the adoption of digital tools and automation to enhance safety reporting and streamline OHS processes.

What Youll Bring:

• Bilingualism in English and French is essential to support our Quebec and Ontario stores

• 3 years of experience in OHS training preferably in retail supply chain or corporate setting.

• Strong knowledge of OHS regulations standards and best practices.

• Experience in training facilitation.
