Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations developing and providing therapy services and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student. Minimum Requirements:Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practiceOne (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferredCurrent CPR if applicableTB Questionnaire PPD or chest x-ray if applicableCurrent Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)Must meet all federal state and local requirementsMust be at least 18 years of age
