Were looking for a Principal Product Manager who is passionate about defining the next generation of AI-powered gaming experiences and tools. Youll own the end-to-end experience of our gaming / 3D products ensuring theyre intuitive powerful and aligned with gaming workflows. Youll also work closely with one of our largest partners Electronic Arts (EA) as we build towards the future of gaming experiences.
This role requires a blend of user empathy gaming domain knowledge and product strategy. Youll collaborate with AI researchers product designers engineers and marketing to build tools that feel like magic in the hands of userswhile solving real-world challenges.
What youll do
- User-Centric Vision: Deeply understand the needs of gamerstheir pain points workflows and aspirationsand translate these into product features.
- Product Excellence: Ensure the end product is polished intuitive and fun to use. Obsess over details like UI/UX performance and output quality.
- Creative Community Engagement: Build relationships with artists designers and creators to gather feedback and inspire product direction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering & research to prioritize the right features with design to craft seamless experiences and with marketing to communicate the products value.
- Metrics & Iteration: Define success metrics (e.g. user engagement output quality) and iterate based on data and feedback.
What youll bring
- 8 years in Product Management preferably within a gaming tech company.
- Experience with large world gaming franchises - Call of Duty Fortnite World of War Craft etc.
- Deep empathy for gamersyou might have a background within a technical role at a gaming company (producer technical artists etc).
- Technical curiosityyou dont need to code but you can discuss AI models rendering or performance trade-offs with engineers.
- Data-informed but user-obsessedyou balance qualitative insights with quantitative metrics.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $207000 and $230000 USD. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
