What Youll Be Doing:

• Conduct overnight sleep studies following American Academy of Sleep Medicine standards
• Independently score sleep studies and document findings accurately
• Communicate test results and patient data to physicians
• Provide patient education and ensure a safe professional testing environment
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts

Who Were Looking For:

• Registered respiratory therapist a registered polysomnographic technologist certification or a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist with Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist required.
• Previous Sleep lab experience required.
• Greater than one year of sleep study scoring required.
• BLS certification required.

Other Duties:

• This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. However other duties may be required and assigned at times and as determined by a supervisor in order to meet the needs of the organization.
• Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient positioning
• Requires frequent walking and standing during shifts
• Primarily indoor work with occasional temperature changes
