Returns Manager Dallas TX
Were seeking an experiencedReturns Managerto lead and oversee the end-to-end returns process for a fast-growing e-commerce business. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing returned merchandise refurbishing products and preparing them for resalesupporting the circular economy by keeping products out of landfills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire returns process including supervising staff involved in returns and refurbishment.
- Collaborate with vendor managers to process RMAs within acceptable windows.
- Establish and refine processes for cleaning reworking and repackaging products in good condition for resale.
- Implement systems to track productivity and maintain high standards for returns specialists.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience managing people in a hands-on environment.
- Strong work ethic with a roll-up your sleeves approach.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and process improvement.
- Technical aptitude to rework or refurbish small appliances or consumer electronics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills execution-focused and able to motivate teams to achieve results.
