The Opportunity
Command Recruitment are working with a well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Southampton area who are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and compile accurate repair estimates for damaged vehicles
- Use Audatex to produce and submit estimates to insurers
- Liaise with insurance companies engineers and customers
- Produce job cards and support the bodyshop team with workflow
- Ensure repair processes follow safe recorded methodologies

About You
- ATA-qualified or equivalent Estimator / VDA certification
- Experience using Audatex
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational ability
