Our Finance Transformation and EPM consulting practice is seeking exceptional leaders with deep expertise in FP&A processes and business architecture. Youll engage with cutting-edge technology to transform business planning processes and redefine the financial landscape.

Your Role:

Lead Transformation: As a Senior Manager within our EPM team youll drive and oversee innovative client engagements steering business planning transformations. Your leadership will deliver substantive business benefits and enhance process efficacy.

Champion Innovation: Utilise your expertise to expand the boundaries of innovation implementing transformative ideas that significantly impact our clients. Forge and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders driving continuous thought leadership in Finance Transformation.

Develop Talent: PwCs success is rooted in our people. Youll play a critical role in cultivating a team of professionals fostering an environment of collaboration and continual growth. Your leadership will empower colleagues to achieve excellence and pursue transformative goals.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Delivery:

  • Lead the delivery of business planning aspects within Finance Transformation projects guiding diverse PwC/client teams.

  • Ensure responsibility for achieving business benefits and effective process design.

  • Identify and leverage further service opportunities while working closely with clients.

Business Development:

  • Innovate and drive visionary concepts from idea to implementation.

  • Establish and sustain lasting connections with client stakeholders.

  • Pioneer Finance Transformation thought leadership through collaboration with experts in Finance Strategy ERP Transformation and related fields.

Practice Development:

  • Expand teams in the UK and global delivery centres by supporting recruitment and facilitating internal training programs.

  • Mentor and develop team members enhancing their careers and contributing to their professional growth.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • Experience delivering comprehensive business planning process design and operating model execution ideally within large multinationals.

  • Proven track record in facilitating finance process change enabled by technology as a consultant or senior finance professional.

  • Strong understanding of how digital technology and AI are reshaping the finance landscape.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team development and enhancement.

  • Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on influencing and managing change in complex environments.

  • A process-oriented mindset that seamlessly integrates technology and finance concepts.

  • Creative inquisitive and not afraid to challenge conventional practices.

  • A degree-level education as a minimum requirement.
