We have an exciting new opportunity for an Analysis Manager role. We are looking for the right candidate to join our Chief Operating Office (COO) working within our Protection and Income Release value stream to deliver change.

As an Analysis Manager you will take ownership for shaping the bigger picture through delivery and oversight of detailed business designs processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed timescales and quality. You will also manage a Team of Business Analysts supporting them within their delivery as well as their growth and development. You will seek to foster a high performing engaged team.

This opportunity will allow you to play a critical role in driving business growth and success. With your in-depth understanding of the Protection and Income Release business vision and strong analytical skills you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decision-making.

About the role

Lead and develop your team supporting them with personal development goal setting and career planning.

Ability to work on multiple initiatives at any one-time managing workload and priorities across all projects whilst working to fixed deadlines.

Facilitates scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes engaging senior stakeholders as required.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in workshop facilitation enabling requirements elicitation and collaborative engagement from stakeholders in a timely manner.

Supports the development and adoption of company-wide modelling approach and techniques taking on advanced modelling for significant projects or programmes of change.

Identifies alternatives assesses feasibility and recommends innovative approaches considering Risk Cost and Benefits.

About you

Experienced people manager with ability to provide support and guidance to your team on analysis techniques whilst maintaining oversight of the work undertaken.

Financial Services experience within Protection and Income Release/Pensions is a key requirement for this role.

Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders across the full range of business areas.

Expert in Business Analysis and related Modelling design and Business Concepts.

Advanced in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change.

Advanced understanding of business structure and key business principles.
