As a Real Time Analyst you will be responsible for analysing and optimising the NZ Police 105 workforce to ensure efficient and effective response to our operational demand as it arises. You will use data analysis statistical modelling and predictive analytics to assess workforce needs and adjust accordingly for our 105 centres. You will provide regular purposeful reports to guide future decision making. You will also work closely with the 105 Managers to identify and address workforce-related issue and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

Utu ā-tau Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $80295 and $83973 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
