Overview:
The Workday Integration Implementation Manager leads the design development and deployment of integrations between Workday and internal/external systems. This role ensures seamless data flow system reliability and continuous improvement across HR Finance and Payroll domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday integration projects including discovery design development testing deployment and support.
- Manage integration architecture to align with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR IT Finance) and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and resolve integration issues ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
- Support Workday release cycles through regression testing and impact analysis.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce integration standards.
- Mentor and guide integration developers and analysts.
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership in integration and technical workstreams across 3 HCM or Financials implementations covering at least two phases.
- 47 years of Workday integration development experience.
- Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
- Bachelors degree in a technical business or financial discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Must have experience leading HCM/Financials integrations in Higher Education or Healthcare environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
