Job Summary
Position Overview
This position is responsible for designing and developing innovative and engaging learning content training materials and instructional and informational web pages that enhance knowledge retention and transfer. Duties may include: Contributing as a collaborative member of the ECLIPSE and ICIE teams as an instructional designer Planning and managing instructional design projects that facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge and skills in an effective and appealing manner Conferring with and advising project staff and other constituents on best practices in integrating technologies into training program design Ensuring training products and web design are WCAG compliant Providing training and technical support to staff and stakeholders Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
Three years of work experience as an instructional designer/online learning specialist in an academic setting
