Job Description Summary
Responsible for the conception assessment development management and evaluation of activities that support the delivery of courses programs curricula and staff development and training. The Transition Coordinator assumes responsibility for aligning academic program areas with the needs of the students served by the unit. Seeks opportunities to expand p zations.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate degree required Minimum of two years of relevant work experience preferably in an educational setting or workforce development required Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required Bachelor degree preferred Background in student support services preferred
