Job Summary
Nozzle Shop Operator
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Full-time 12-hour rotating shifts 7am7pm for 2 weeks then 7pm7am for 2 weeks
Position Summary
Work in a 24/7 production facility supporting the cast and nozzle shop. Machine rebuild and maintain cast components and nozzle assemblies while ensuring precision and quality. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Rebuild and machine cast modules cups wheel frames and nozzles
Operate grinders CNC machines mills and hand tools
Read blueprints and use micrometers or calipers to check tolerances
Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues
Maintain a safe clean work area
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude; industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
Must pass drug test and background check
Basic computer skills
