The Police Vetting Serviceis a key contributor to the wellbeing of New Zealanders. Our main purpose is to contribute to public safety (particularly the protection of vulnerable members of society) and national security by providing Police vets for employers and others to assess the suitability of individuals for roles where safety and security considerations apply.

We are seeking a Customer Support Officer someone withfantastic customer service skillsinterested in playing their part in keeping New Zealanders safe. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration function that supports the efficient and effective operating of the service as well as acting as the first point of contact for requests for advice and assistance from our customers.

Utu ā-tau Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63526 and $66312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
