The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Based in the GCO Enablement team in GDS India the role will support the EY member firms for reviewing EY external electronic and printed publications.

Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Reviewing EY external electronic and printed publications (brochures advertisements reports social media posts videos audios etc.) to
- confirm that content meets the highest standards of accuracy consistency and is legally compliant;
- manage legal mitigation aspects; and
- enhance the EY brand and reputation in the marketplace
The candidate will be expected to assist member firms and risk management teams in these matters and carry out best practice and other legal responsibilities where appropriate.
Continuous involvement with and legal support of internal clients of a wide range of seniority.
Support the team in strategies developed to address issues identified.
Have a thorough understanding of general key business risks that need to be managed (training will be facilitated in respect of EYs specific risk management framework)
Managing own workflow and propose process improvements. Assist in implementation of innovative solutions/automation.
Guiding and handholding the junior team members in their day-to-day transactions.
Maintaining an understanding of the impact of changes in EY policies organizational structure and procedures.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes and skills:

Good understanding generally of legal aspects associated with branding
Broad awareness of quality and risk management topics and issues
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to be highly responsive reactive and comprehending of a wide variety and volume of business and legal challenges
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication and English language (verbal and written) skills
Solutions oriented with relentless focus on world class execution of projects and tasks
Proficiency in managing high workload volumes efficiently and strong multi-tasking organizational and time management skills
Confidence maturity and high degree of awareness in order to be able to work effectively with a broad base of senior-level internal stakeholders
Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership for success of a given task
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment and ability to work cooperatively with other teams and country practices demonstrating cultural sensitivity
Strong service-oriented personality proficient at delivering the highest quality of work within deadlines
High levels of personal energy and appetite for work and success

Experience and qualifications

LLB Graduate 4 to 6 years of experience
IT proficient typing Windows Word Basic Excel and PowerPoint familiarity
