Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing content discovery and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense Homeland Security Foreign Affairs and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a Software Developer: To support Public Sector Solutions. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work to be performed in Laurel MD.
  • Ability to lead small team development efforts from requirements gathering and prototyping to deployment and support using Agile SCRUM methodologies.
  • Mentor junior staff and peers in all aspects for web application development.
  • Ability to participate in executive meetings working groups briefings etc. to help guide architectural decisions.
  • Rapidly design develop test and deploy applications utilizing one or more of the following technologies:
    • Python
    • Java
    • .Net C#
    • PHP
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • React
  • Ability to utilize and design application database solutions in MariaDB MS SQL or Oracle
  • Experience deploying services on Linux and Windows based operating systems in cloud environments specifically AWS or Azure.
  • Experience configuring and supporting Nginx Apache Tomcat and/or IIS web servers.
  • Analyzes and resolves complex problems associated with servers and software.
  • Provides Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems. Creates and updates ServiceNow tickets accordingly.
  • Escalation and communication of issue resolution statuses to team lead and/or agency customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow.
  • May be required to respond to after-hours requests as required in a 24 x 7 environment.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications: Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I (SEC)

Our Senior Software Developer (Government) earns between $98100 - $223800 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
