Location: Districtwide ItinerantAge Range: 321 yearsAssignment Dates: January 6 2026 April 3 2026Schedule: MondayFriday 7.5 paid hours 30-min unpaid lunch (8-hour total shift)Work Calendar: Follows the REA 2526 School Year Work CalendarCaseload: Approximately 28 studentsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced School-Based Physical Therapist to provide itinerant services across the district for students ages 321. The ideal clinician will demonstrate strong collaboration skills the ability to manage a diverse caseload and comfort working in multiple school environments.---ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct and indirect PT services in alignment with student districtwide itinerant support across multiple school evaluations write reports and participate in IEP with teachers special education teams related service providers and accurate documentation and adhere to all state and district guidelines.
