Vice President of Sales Location: Dallas TX 75230 About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth building high-performing sales teams and developing strategic sales initiatives within the security sector. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals in the security market.
- Lead mentor and manage the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to executive leadership.
Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role preferably as a VP of Sales.
- Extensive experience in the security industry including knowledge of security services and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
