Key Role Information:
Experience:5 years of experience in product ownership business analysis or related roles in technology or professional services
Must Have:Agile product management experiencebacklog management (Aha!ADO and/or Jira) backlog prioritization user story creation requirements gathering facilitation skills cross-functional collaboration understanding of professional services delivery models
Nice to Have:GenAI or ML product experience PDM or Solution Studio familiarity PBA or CSM certification experience with story mapping and user journey design quantitative prioritization frameworks (RICEMoSCoW Kano Relative Weighting)
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with stakeholders todefine product vision roadmap and success criteriaaligned to businessobjectives.
Partner with business and technology teams to translate strategy into actionableepics user stories and acceptance criteria.
Contribute toshort- and long-term product planning sessions ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Balance competing priorities and ensure product backlog reflects bothuser value and strategic intent.
Requirements Management & Execution
Lead theelicitation and documentationof functional and technical requirements for integrations data models and workflows.
Create clear concise and testableuser stories use cases and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate remote and in-personrequirement gathering and refinement sessionswith diverse stakeholders.
Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented accurately.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Developuser test cases execute tests andvalidateresults during testing cycles.
Participate inrelease planningand coordinate UAT and go-live validation.
Ensure that delivered features meet bothfunctional and non-functional requirementsmaintaininga high bar for quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Establish andmaintainstrong relationships withbusiness partners and internal teams.
Act as the primary liaison betweenproduct management engineering design and end users.
Providetimelyupdates insights and feedback loopsto stakeholders and leadership.
Promote collaboration acrossglobal cross-functional teamsto ensure effective delivery and adoption.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Identifyopportunities to streamline processes and enhance product efficiency.
ApplyGenAI and automation toolsto accelerate documentation testing and delivery where applicable.
Contribute to theevolution of product practicesleveragingmetrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Champion thePwC Delivery Methodology (PDM)and Solution Studio standards within product development cycles.
Qualifications
Bachelors orMasters degree in Business Computer Science ora relatedfield.
3 yearsof experience gathering and managingrequirements (Epics/Features/User Stories/Acceptance Criteria)in anAgile developmentenvironment.
3 yearsof experience leadingrequirement gathering and backlog refinement sessions both remotely and in person.
3 yearsof experience usingJIRAas a primary operational tool including configuration and workflow management.
2 yearsof experience creatingstory maps user journeys and user flowsto visualize product experience.
Experience applyingprioritization frameworks(RICEMoSCoW Kano Relative Weighting).
Proven ability to managerelease planning backlog prioritization and sprint executionin Agile teams.
Strong attention to detail quality focus and organizational skills.
Effective communicator and facilitator with experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and geographies.
Demonstrated success indelivering high-quality digital productsin a professional services or consulting environment.
