This is an exciting time to join us. Were looking for a dynamic forward-thinking leader to take on the pivotal role of Head of Service for Safeguarding. If youre energised by change motivated by impact and passionate about protecting the rights and wellbeing of vulnerable adults we want to hear from you.
Youll lead the strategic and operational delivery of adult safeguarding services ensuring compliance with statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Human Rights Act 1998. Youll also play a key role in shaping multi-agency partnerships and embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
