Technical Operations Support Specialist (Bothell WA)
The Technical Operations Support Specialist provides first- and second-tier support for Philips R&D applications while managing key operational logistics including procurement shipping and asset management. Collaborating across project development operations and customer support teams this role ensures timely delivery and drives innovation in developing and sustaining medical products.
Your role:
Domestic and international shipping of products and materials.
Coordinating and submitting Capital Appropriation Requests and Purchasing Requests.
Manage audit and report on assets owned by R&D.
Procure material needed for development projects for new products cost reduction activities and assurance of supply.
Training of peers around the world on system tools and ways of working.
Youre the right fit if:
You have 5 years experience supporting database driven applications.
You are experienced with SAP MS Office tools and data extraction and analysis.
You have experience working in a regulated environment preferably in the FDA or healthcare related fields.
You have earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Ability to always interact effectively with all levels of the organization in a professional and responsive manner
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in WA is $32.31 - $51.59
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
