As an Automotive Call Center Agent youll be the friendly voice connecting customers to the service they needsetting appointments answering inbound calls transferring inquiries and supporting the team with light administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
Answer all inbound calls promptly and follow up as needed.
Follow the service teams process when contacting customers.
Schedule service appointments fairly and accurately.
Make and receive calls professionally and enthusiastically.
Maintain accurate records in the dealerships DMS and scheduler.
Stay informed about service and parts specials to assist customers.
Attend service meetings.
Understand manufacturer warranties and special programs.
Represent the company professionally and promote all dealership services.
