We are looking for a Intern to join our Marketing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to reviews on 3rd party booking platforms on a timely manner
- Respond to guest enquiries and direct messages on social media platforms
- Monthly Reports to compile review sentiments of Shangri-La Singapore and comp sets
- Assist in compiling the media clippings report comprising online and printed publication and social media features
- Create social content for Shangri-La Singapore in forms of shortform videos reels IGs and photo posts
- Selection of user-generated content suitable for repost on brand social media accounts
- Scheduling of social content and ads
- Guest letters crafting and printingAssist in the creation of official hotel signages
- Assist in coordinating of media drops with relevant department and stakeholders
- Simple copywriting for social media and digital contentUpdate brand website content
- Assist in photography and videography jobs including mood board creation and sourcing for quotes
- Coordinate media drops and media events
- Reach out to on-brand influencers/KOLs and organisations regarding collaborations
- Compset analysis and research for F&B retail family and rooms content
- Assist in coordinating media hostings for rooms F&B or family functions
