Your new role

As our Diabetes Business Unit Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing and sales teams ensuring seamless execution of all brand and business activities. This role combines administrative precision logistical coordination and genuine teamwork. This is a rich and dynamic role for someone who enjoys making things happen from idea to execution.

You will:

  • Coordinate and execute logistics for congresses events launches internal and external meetings including vendor management travel arrangements and on-site operations.
  • Support the Business Unit Director other managers in the team and sales representatives with day-to-day administrative and operational activities including scheduling document handling and internal coordination.
  • Manage PO processes including agreements price quotes and payment tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Medical Marketing Sales Finance Regulatory Compliance) to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
  • Track and update team calendars supplier lists HCP and event databases.
  • Ensure all activities are executed in full compliance with Novo Nordisks standards and business ethics.

You will join the Diabetes Business Unit within International Operations where we combine marketing medical and patient-focused initiatives to create real impact for people living with diabetes. Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys variety teamwork and getting things done. You will stand out if you are service-minded and have a big picture mindset that allows you to anticipate needs and offer new ideas.

To succeed in this role you will bring:

  • 3 years of experience in coordination marketing operations or administrative support (pharma industry an advantage).
  • Bachelors degree Advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Fluent Hebrew and high level of English (spoken and written).
