Duda a leading B2B SaaS AI-powered website building platform is looking for a talentedMarketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Tel Aviv.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the high-tech industry and work closely with marketing experts using advanced marketing technologies.
What youll be doing
- Open and manage tasks / projects assign owners monitor progress follow up on dependencies and report status updates directly to the Director of Marketing Operations (including timelines risks and blockers).
- Research and evaluate new marketing tools and technologies.
- Execute predefined marketing-ops projects across key platforms (e.g. HubSpot Figma Google Docs/Sheets) including setting up assets updating workflows maintaining documentation and supporting basic tracking and QA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate guidelines and goals and write clear specs and documentation.
- Identify and implement AI-powered optimizations to improve day-to-day marketing processes.
What youll need
- BA in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong initiative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (independently and as part of a team).
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with HubSpot and/or and /or as part of a Marketing team - a strong advantage.
