Your key responsibilities

As a senior consultant you will work with your clients and collaborate with you team using data and technology professionals and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations technology risk remediation and major digital implementations.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 3-5 years of financial industry experience in particular working with Banks or Credit Unions or in a consulting capacity focused on Banking
• Experience delivering projects or programs building relationships and supporting team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
• Led the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
• Facilitated stakeholder communication ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Ideally youll also have

• Progression towards a Project Management certification or MBA is an asset
• Prior experience working with technology risk remediation
• Familiarity with of the 3 lines of defense model with a specific focus on the 1st line of defense and how the business effectively manages risk
• Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
• Past projects experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional analytical communication and presentation skills

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity education relevant experience knowledge and applicable skill sets.
