About the Role
You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands some with disabilities to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.
What Were Looking For
- Certificate III in a trade or horticulture or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Problem-solving skills to address maintenance contract and scheduling issues.
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
- Strong communication negotiation and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
- Valid drivers licence - minimum P2.
- Confident towing a trailer.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
